A little bit about me.
Hi, I'm Lucia
I am a 33-year-old Spaniard living in London, with a lifelong passion for movement and a background in education that shapes my empathetic approach.
After going through a period of feeling lost, I found clarity and purpose through sport, which inspired me to help others reconnect with themselves in the same way. I’m currently training in Pilates, with plans to expand into reformer, TRX, and nutrition, while also drawing from my love of calisthenics and strength training.
My approach is warm, fun, and supportive—creating a space where you can move, feel good, and come back to yourself.
